ALL Alpha60 online purchases can be returned via our online returns portal or returned to your closest Alpha60 store.
Free return shipping for all online orders [within Australia] including sale items
International orders, outlet / sample purchases or in store purchases must be returned at own expense.
Return requests are to be submitted online via the returns portal HERE
ALL return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase.
ALL current season purchases can be returned for a store credit or a full refund to original payment method.
ALL sale items can be returns for a store credit or a full refund to original payment method.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.
Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.
1. Please submit a return request via the return portal
2. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved
3. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely
4. Include original proof of purchase / printed invoice with your returned item
5. Drop your return off to your local Auspost outlet
6. Wait for email updates of return progress
