We are excited to be recruiting for our newest superstar to join Alpha60 in a casual Warehouse Support Role.

This is a Christmas casual role until the end of February

This newly created position is a dynamic role where no day looks the same. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, love a challenge, using their initiative and want to work in a fun, high performing team.

As a Warehouse Support team member, you will play a key role in ensuring that our online orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, and that our warehouse is organised and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, supporting our stores, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Quick & Efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Thrives in a busy environment

You will bring your retail experience, as well as brand and product knowledge to care for our customers and store throughout the Alpha60 customer journey.

Working closely with the store manager — you will work together to support the day-to-day running of the store and work closely with one another to achieve sales goals and customer relationship processes.

PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS

— Experience working in a retail environment
— Loves working in a fast paced environment
— Applies initiative and loves contributing own ideas
— Familiarity with budgets and KPI’s within a retail environment
— Desire to build strong and long lasting relationships with customers and offer amazing customer experience

— Availability to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
