How to redeem rewards
- Login to your customer account here.
- Then proceed to checkout. Your points balance and available rewards vouchers will display under the gift card and discount code section.
- If you have an available rewards voucher and you wish to redeem it - please click apply. The voucher will then automatically apply to your sale.
- If you change your mind and don't wish to use the voucher simply click the small cross on the voucher code in the gift card and discounts section. This voucher will automatically be restored to your account to use at a later date.
*Please note only one reward voucher can be used at a time.

How to sign up
1. Login or create an account online here.
2. If you have shopped in-store or online before please make sure you use the same email address for both in-store and online accounts. This same email address will ensure your points sync between online and in-store purchases.
3. If you would like to merge points from accounts under different email addresses, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
4. View your rewards details here. Shop, earn and receive rewards!
I’ve shopped in-store before do I need to sign up again online?
Yes, you will need to create an account online here. Please use the same email address for your in-store account and online account – this ensures that your points accrued from in-store and online purchases will sync.
Will my in-store purchase history show up on my online account?
Your in-store reward history will show up on your online account. However, your in-store purchase history will not. Your online account will just show your online purchase history. If you would like to access your in-store history please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.

I have two accounts with different email addresses – how do I merge the accounts so I am earning all the points I accumulate in one place?

If I return an item will I be reimbursed my reward voucher?
Yes! If shopping in store the sales assistant will issue you a credit. If you are shopping online, you will be sent a $50 voucher after the return is complete. If you have any queries with this process, please reach out to our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.
What reward do I receive for my points?
When you reach 1000 points you can redeem a $50 voucher.
