Q: DUTIES & TAXES 
We do not pay duties and taxes for international orders duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved - this unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront your local customs should be able to provide you with this information


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders made before 1pm will be fulfilled on the same day.
Post dispatch, delivery times differ dependent on shipping carrier and region.

Q: WHAT IS THE ALPHA60 RETURN POLICY?

— Due to the recent covid-19 lock down changes in VIC, we have made some changes to our return policy, please see below —

• We are now providing free return shipping for new arrival purchases [within Australia]
• International orders, outlet purchases or sample purchases must be returned at own expense
• Return requests are to be submitted within 30 days of original purchase
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.
• Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.
• Full priced items can be returned for a full refund to original payment method only.
• Sale items and samples can be returned for a full refund to original payment method only.
— Due to the recent changes to our operational capacity in VIC we cannot process exchanges for online returns. All online returns will be refunded to the original payment method only. Alternative sizes or styles can be purchased before or after your refund has been processed —

 3. Follow the steps via the return portal. If you are wanting an exchange, please add exchange info into the 'comments' including; garment name, size and colour.
 4. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved.
 5. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely.
 6. Include original proof of purchase with your returned item.
 7. Wait for email updates of return progress.
