MADE WITH LIBERTY FABRICS

This season marks our first collection made with the iconic Liberty Fabrics — a British print house known for its florals and fabrics since 1875.

Liberty Fabrics quickly became synonymous with avant-garde textile design. By the 1890s, its silks and prints defined cutting-edge style. Today, every Liberty fabric begins in Soho, London, where designs are hand-drawn or painted by the in-house studio, before being transformed at Liberty’s dedicated mill near Lake Como, Italy. Over 300 designs are produced each year, blending craft and innovation.

At the heart of the Spring collection is Liberty Fabrics' Fragile Blooms. The print was inspired by artist and photographer Richard Learoyd. His still-life series of poppies, photographed over several days, captured the fragile elegance of flowers in the midst of decay.

Peony Parade, made with Liberty Fabrics, explores the flower as a vehicle for abstraction. Originally created as a Liberty scarf in 1968, the design is reimagined here through bold, block-coloured petals. Cropped and magnified, monumental peony forms reveal a camouflage-like play of contour, texture, and rhythm.

Releasing October 16th.

Fragile Blooms in chocolate poppy lingers on the unusual, imperfect forms of aging petals, hand-drawn in fine liner with a nod to Japanese woodblock traditions. The result is a study in contrast — delicacy and strength, ephemerality and permanence.

Summer introduces the Baba print on Liberty Fabrics’ Tana Lawn™ cotton.  This print was inspired by the work of fashion photographer Sir Cecil Beaton and his portraits of the 1920s bohemian socialites, Baba captures a pursuit of light and sparkle. The design began with photographs of daisy bouquets reflected in curved mirrors, their distorted shapes enhanced through digital manipulation. The result is an ethereal,
otherworldly pattern — a play of reflection and refraction transformed into textile.

Releasing December 6th.

Made from ultra-fine, long-staple Egyptian cotton, Tana Lawn™ is the result of over a century of refinement by Liberty’s textile experts. Known for its brilliant base and lustrous finish, it provides the perfect canvas for Liberty’s iconic prints. Continually evolving through new technologies and techniques, it remains one of the world’s most celebrated printed cottons.
