We offer different payment methods depending on which country you are in. We accept credit card and PayPal for all countries, as well as country specific; buy now, pay later options. Available payment methods will be visible at checkout and some will not be displayed at checkout if not available in your country.

We do not pay duties and taxes for international orders duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved — this unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront your local customs should be able to provide you with this information.

Most orders made before 12pm will be fulfilled on the same day.
Post dispatch, delivery times differ dependent on shipping carrier and region.Please check your email inbox for tracking information - this will provide you with estimated and updated delivery times.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email.
All online returns are to be processed via our returns portal here.
All in-store returns must be returned to an Alpha60 boutique. Please note we do not accept returns of purchases from boutiques at outlet locations.
$10 flat rate return shipping for all online orders [within Australia] including sale items.
International orders must be returned at the customers own expense through our returns portal.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase.
All full priced purchases can be returned for an exchange, store credit or a full refund to original payment method.
All sale purchases can be returned for an exchange or store credit (Excludes Melbourne Outlet store).
Sale purchases deemed faulty can be returned for an exchange, store credit or full refund to original payment method.
All Melbourne Outlet store purchases can be returned to the Outlet for an exchange only.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.
Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Request Portal
1. Please submit a return request via the return portal
2. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved
3. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely
4. Include original proof of purchase / printed invoice with your returned item
5. Drop your return off to your local outlet
6. Wait for email updates of return progress

2. If you have over 1000 points, please click the redeem reward button.
3. Then click VIEW to reveal your voucher code.
4. Copy and paste the voucher codes into the gift card or discount code box at checkout and then click apply.
5. Your reward will then be applied at checkout.
How to sign up
SIGNING UP ONLINE IS NICE AND SIMPLE:
1. Login or create an account online here.
2. If you have shopped in-store or online before please make sure you use the same email address for both in-store and online accounts. This same email address will ensure your points sync between online and in-store purchases.
3. If you would like to merge points from accounts under different email addresses, please contact our customer service team email@example.com.

Rewards program FAQ
I’ve shopped in-store before do I need to sign up again online?
Yes, you will need to create an account online here. Please use the same email address for your in-store account and online account – this ensures that your points accrued from in-store and online purchases will sync.
Will my in-store purchase history show up on my online account?
Your in-store reward history will show up on your online account. However, your in-store purchase history will not. Your online account will just show your online purchase history. If you would like to access your in-store history please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I use my rewards voucher during a sale?
Can I use multiple reward vouchers on one transaction?
No. Only one voucher can be redeemed at checkout at a time.
I have two accounts with different email addresses – how do I merge the accounts so I am earning all the points I accumulate in one place?
If you would like to merge two accounts with different email addresses, please contact our customer service team email@example.com.
If I return an item will I be reimbursed my reward voucher?
Yes! If shopping in store the sales assistant will issue you a credit. If you are shopping online, you will be sent a $50 voucher after the return is complete. If you have any queries with this process, please reach out to our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.
What reward do I receive for my points?
When you reach 1000 points you can redeem a $50 voucher.
