The blouse has a drop shoulder silhouette with long sleeves that a gathered onto a classic buttoned cuff. The style has a round neckline that scoops down at the back tie and is finished with a bias bind. This reversible top can be tied to the back or front. Cut from a breathable seersucker fabric in white.
