ALPHA60 RETURN POLICY
• We are now providing free return shipping for new arrival purchases [within Australia]
• International orders, outlet purchases or sample purchases must be returned at own expense
• Return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.
• Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.
• Full priced items can be returned for a full refund to original payment method (sale items and samples not included)
• Sale items and samples can be returned for a store credit only. All items marked down in price are considered sale items.
All online returns to be submitted online:
1. Head online to alpha60.com.au
2. Submit a return request via the return portal returns.shippit.com/alpha60
3. Follow the steps via the return portal. If you are wanting an exchange, please add exchange info into the 'comments' including; garment name, size and colour.
4. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved.
5. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely.
6. Include original proof of purchase with your returned item.
7. Wait for email updates of return progress.
